Keeping it organic.

There have been advancements in the fibers used to make socks.  There are synthetic and non-synthetic fibers. The non-synthetic fibers include acrylic, polyester, lurex nylon, olefin, and polyutherene fibers. The natural fibers used in making socks are cotton, wool, rayon, silk, and cashmere.

To reduce environmental pollution by use of synthetic fibers, our company produces socks from organic textiles. Here are some of the natural fibers used for making socks

i)Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) Organic Cotton.

The organic cotton textiles used in making the socks meet all the strict federal regulations set to ensure you get quality products. Cotton socks manufacturers make sure to follow these regulations carefully and precisely.

Organic cotton has almost the same if not better qualities as conventional cotton. It has fewer adverse environmental effects as compared to traditional cotton.

Farmers that grow this type of cotton ensure that they do not use any insecticides, pesticides, or fertilizers on the cotton plants. This farming process ensures soil preservation and less water and energy consumption as organic cotton uses 80% less water than conventional cotton.

Socks made from this type of cotton are breathable, soft, insulating, long-lasting, and sweat absorbent. It is a fantastic option if you have sensitive skin. Printing a logo on these types of socks is relatively easy and cheap.

ii)Bamboo

Bamboo is among the leading sustainable resources in the world. It grows easily and doesn't need replanting as it sprouts from the roots of the previous plant. Bamboo plants don't need much maintenance, pesticides, or fertilizers.

Compression socks made from 100% bamboo fiber are extra comfortable, resilient, durable, and very soft. They don't irritate the skin.

iii) Linen

Linen is a natural fiber from the stem of the flax plant. Flax doesn't require any pesticides, insecticides, or fertilizers. It requires little water and absorbs a tremendous amount of carbon from the environment.

Linen socks have anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and hypoallergenic properties that will leave your feet feeling relaxed and healthy while you have them on. They also have some healing properties. The socks become softer and smoother after several washes, so for you to have that catchy logo on the socks, there are modifications on the fiber.

iv) Wool

Responsible Wool Standards regulate wool production and ensure that farmers use safe farming methods to ensure the land and animals' safety.  Measures are in place so that the animals and pasture are free from pesticides, parasiticides, or other chemicals.

These socks are anti-bacterial and resist odors. They do not need constant washing.

Bottom-line

Organic socks are more breathable, durable, and comfortable than socks made from synthetic fibers.  Regular socks become uncomfortable, scratchy, and get holes after wearing them a few times. The manufacturers also ensure these socks are fashionable and can be part of various outfits. There is a variety; some are thin to fit into shoes, while some are thicker to provide extra warmth. Printing logos on cotton socks is relatively easy and preferred.

Unlike previous notions that socks are boring gifts, comfy organic socks are adding some spice to socks. Logo on socks can be a stylish way of making your brand popular.
